Black Angus Beef
Hufendick Farm raises their Black Angus Beef in the pasture and they compliment with Non GMO grains. That allows the cattle to grow nice and slow, while still maintaining a beautiful marbling. Our beef is dry-aged 30 days. This gives the beef the deep dark color and wonderful flavor. Hufendick Farm does not feed steroids or antibiotics.
Berkshire Pork
Hufendick Farm Berkshire pork is tender juicy and very flavorable. All of the pigs are born on Hufendick Farm. Mike Hufendick has been raising Berkshire hogs for over 15 years. The Berkshire breed is known for the beautiful marbling in the meat. All of the smoked hams and bacon are cured with no chemicals.
Free Range Chicken and Turkey
Hufendick Farm chicken and turkey are free range. Our birds are out walking around. We feed our birds Non GMO grains, never any steroids, never any antibiotics. You will notice a difference in the texture of the meat, it is more firm. We work with a processor who uses scalding hot water to clean the birds. This maintains the flavor is the meat and does not add any chemicals.
